Customer Support Executive
Location: Bengaluru
Required Experience:2 to 3 years relevant experience
Academic Qualification Desiredd : Any Degree  

Required knowledge or skills
  • Knowledge on communicating effectively with customer
  • Proficiency in computers with reference to excel , ppt & word
  • Preferably trained in communication skill & Microsoft Excel s, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Should be able to interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs
  • Need to maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
  • Should be able to prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
Job Accountability Area
  • Provide Customer support through Phone, Emails & Chats. Address all queries / issues to be resolved within 24 hrs
  • Orders to be processed on the same day as of task allocated in ERP
  • Minimum 10 renewal calls per day. Follow up calls for renewals
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and records of customer interactions
  • Daily reports update in master data sheet
  • Follow up with customers for updated subscribed list of resources. Same day of the order processed
